Bhringraj (Eclipta prostrata)
- Bhringraj, its scientific name is Eclipta prostrata.
- Bhringraj is commonly found in paddy field, and the place where water is available in abundance.
- It has high medical value and it is great Ayurvedic medicine for hair growth.

- It is also a leafy vegetable, It is of sunflower family.

- Bhringraj has three types, which are classified by its flower colour -White, yellow, blue.

For Hair tonic
ingredients: one iron bowl, 1/2 teaspoon Bhringraj powder,
1/2 teaspoon Thriphala powder, 1/2 block cumin seed powder, 3 teaspoon coconut oil
procedure: take iron bowl, pour the oil and heat slightly,
put the three powder, off the stove and cool it mild,give your hair a hot oil massage, let it on the scalp for 3 to 4 hours before bath.
