Soap nuts (Reetha) Its scientific name is "sapindus mokorossi".In tamil its called BUNDHIKOTTAI

SOAP NUT-REETHA -BUBDHIKOTTAI
Introduction:

  • SAPIDUS MUKOROSSI is a tree.
  • It is commonly found in south east asia, India ,Nepal and China.
  • It is natural detergent. It is primary used as cleaning  material for silk materiel and silver material. 
  • It is good dish washer and floor cleaner.
  • As there is no chemical our ancestor used this soap nut for face wash, body wash and hair wash.
  • It contains vitamin 'A' 'D' 'E' and 'K' found in this dry 
  • It is Ayurveda herb and it is 100 % natural
  • It is very good for hair care as it is a very good scalp conditioner..
  • It kill the lice in the scalp and keep the scalp free from bacteria and fungus
  • It helps the scalp to be super healthy .
How to use the soap nut?
  • Soak the required nuts in bowl for minimum 12 hours
  • Remove the seeds
  • Boil the skin of soap nut 
  • Filter the boiled essence
  • Add lavender oil or lemon grass oil for perfume
  • Store the essence in container 
  • It can also preserved in refrigerator
  • Use the prepared stuff as and when required


TIPS;
For best use,boil few hibiscus flower and extract the essence and add the same to the prepared soap nut essence.It will be good hair conditioner.
